Syntron® Custom Feeder Controls

When Homer City Automation specialists link our equipment together in a system, we supply a Syntron® designed and built master control to regulate each component.

Individual control components are housed in one box, making it convenient for the operator to control and adjust each piece of equipment from one location. These custom feeder controls contain a single ON/OFF switch to initiate or terminate power to the system. Interlocks are provided so Bulk Supply Equipment such as Parts Feeder Machines or Elevators stop/start with parts feeding equipment, this prevents overfilling bowls. Simple Logic can also be provided to interlock Homer City Automation controls to the customer's machines.
